After applying online I was contacted and had a phone interview. I was invited to have an interview with HR and then with the front office manager. A few days later I was called in to have an interview with the general manager.The process took way too long.

Fairly casual and conversational interview. It was more to get to know you. Less formal and more dialogue. There is a panel interview after the first interview. Panel interview is more management informing you about the company than you being interviewed.

Interview
It was your basic interview but was done non-professionally. I was interviewed by one of the managers and knew I wouldn't enjoy the workplace sadly. It was rude and rushed as if it was a inconvenience and waste of the person's time. I felt a racial component but can't prove that of course.
