Simple application followed by a panel and interviews by managers. Also have various questions in written form like personality test. Will have to pass background checks and drug test. you will meet with department heads and HR

What qualifies you to serve our guest, what kind of experience do you have. How would you handle troubled guest.
Easy interview. Simple get-to-know-you questions. The people were nice, and the restaurant was nice. But it varied on the night, and even if it were really slow, I would have to stay the entire shift. No one ever got cut, so it was unlike any other restaurant where I worked, and it was not efficient.

everyone was super nice and the interview process went smoothly. the manager asked me questions regarding my previous experience. I received a call back shortly after with an offer, and came in for orientation with other new employees.
