Interview
I went through 2 steps: the first interview was with HR, and the second with the AGM. I both cases I was very calm and I didn' t prepared anything in particular. they asked me about my previous work experiences, my studies, why I was in the UK and which languages I can speak.

In person interview with GM and AGM. Questions related to past work experience that I have on other hotels and how I deal with difficult customers and some hard cases.
The interview was fairly easy. I wasn't asked about random Hyatt information, and the interview was based more around how well I would fit on a team as well as improve customer satisfaction.

Walked in and picked up a paper copy of the application, and got an interview as soon as I turned it in. They have a drug screening immediately after the interview.
