Interview
Very brief; Got a call back the same day saying I'd been hired. The manager ( who's no longer there) was pleasant enough, laid out the job duties and asked me a few questions about myself. The whole process took about 30 minutes all in all and was very easy. You get a quick tour of the property and your work area as well.

Name a time when you had to overcome a difficult professional situation.
In person interview with GM and AGM. Questions related to past work experience that I have on other hotels and how I deal with difficult customers and some hard cases.
The interview was fairly easy. I wasn't asked about random Hyatt information, and the interview was based more around how well I would fit on a team as well as improve customer satisfaction.

Walked in and picked up a paper copy of the application, and got an interview as soon as I turned it in. They have a drug screening immediately after the interview.
