It was a formal interview at the coffee shop in the store. It wasn't too bad. Just simple questions and answers about situations. Overall it was pretty standard.
Contacted the HR person at the store, they called me in to talk with restaurant manager within two days. I sat with him and we went through my resume and then he asked about general interview questions

Casual and behavioral interview. It is more of a conversation than anything. They are just trying to meet you and see if you are a good fit and responsible enough for the role.
