Interview
Easy for me, will be told to set up and use gimbal on site as a test to your capabilities and experience handling gear. If you have experience you will have no problems doing it.
If you have experience doing videography and handling camera gear, you should be able to pass the test during the interview. Interviewee will be tested on the spot, like a surprise test.
