I got the phone interview and i answered well and they conducted interview agian in their facility. Intereview porcess is a pretty long process. I have been waiting for more than 3 month until they finalize their decision. They ask the basic questions first, later they keep asking behavorial question and test my enthusisasm , confidence level and tone.Basically just try to stand out and look confident. They will ask everyone a series of questions because they want to see how you answer. Interview The most difficult question for me was "Describe a time when you were faced with a decision of disobeying a supervisor, or following company policies Honestly all the interview questions were very standard. Nothing new or unexpected. Just be prepared and you'll do fine.
