A phone call followed by a one-way interview. The one-way interview has about 6 questions. You are to provide recorded answers to those questions. It was nerve breaking since you are not seeing anyone on the screen to talk to. You have less than 2 mins to answer each question and you are not given a second chance to re-record your answers.
