Interview
For me it was a one stage, virtual interview. Request for availability came from the talent managers by email (then a call), an interview was held virtually the following day. An offer was made within 24hrs so this was a quick turnaround. Everyone involved was transparent and it felt friendly.
I was invited to meet multiple people at the office, indicating that the role was actively progressing. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that the position had been put on hold.
This reflects poor internal alignment and a lack of respect for candidates time. The situation could and should have been identified before progressing candidates to later interview stages.
