The first four meetings were very positive experiences, a great team with good energy. Then I reached the final round ... within 30 seconds of the meeting it was clear that I did not have this person's attention. They were multitasking throughout the entire interview, it was actually awkward. It was a scenario where someone asks you a question, but while you're answering it is clear that they are reading or typing something and not paying attention to your words. Their overall demeanor was scattered and somewhat frantic (they were "putting out a fire"). If it was a bad time they should have suggested that we reschedule.
My takeaway was that I would not want to report to this person. No offer was extended, and that was very ok.
