Huntington Beach Union High School District interview questions

Inteview process was very organized but lacked any personality or desire to work there. I left the interview hoping I wouldn't get the position. It was a board room with two people sitting across and they read the questions from a sheet of paper and recorded the answers.

Group interview in a room with 2 or 3 other applicants. You're all put in a conference room alone together before being called. Asked a lot of the questions found on the application, but mostly looking for strong, confident answers, every person answering the same question. Switching off who goes first.
