Teams interview with 3 people on panel, the interview process was explained well before the start. Challenging but fair questions - each member of the panel asked 3 questions, I was given an opportunity to ask my own questions which were answered clearly.

Formulaic interview and test. Given the immediate feeling that a decision had already been made within 5 minutes of starting the interview proper. Unproofed (lots of mistakes) formulaic rejection email.
