Hunt Military Communities interview questions

At first the interview process was great, really loved who I interviewed with. However, I find it extremely unprofessional to require Graphic Design hires to complete an assessment of a lot of work, and then go totally unresponsive. I made a flyer, social posts, and an eblast, all on my own, to be able to be considered for the job. Regardless of how I feel about that, I find it unacceptable to ghost applicants after completing free work.
