I sent them via their website my cv- after 15 min they sent me back to do a record interview with 10 questions total- some of them to write an answer and 5 to record yourself

First you need to record some videos responding some questions. Then you are contacted by one responsable of the team and make video call interview. Usually next one you go to the office and you are requested to do a project and present it in the next in-person interview which is also the final interview.
