It felt very thorough, human, and transparent. Sarah (People Ops) was incredibly direct and open about the process, steps, timeline, etc which allowed me to operate with full transparency in interviews with other companies during my process.
The team allowed tons of space to ask questions, painted a picture of what's working and what focus areas were for the year, and gaps to be filled. I found it to be one of the most organic processes I've been a part of.
