Humanity & Inclusion Partnership Manager interview questions

Its a job position at Handicap International of Morocco. The process took 1 month after the submission. The HR called for a written test, but they didn't give any information about what the test will be about, nor the format or number of hours. After the test, NO CONTACT ! just Ghosting from a international ONG No email of thanking us to take time and transport to come pass the test, no email of our results, no email if the process still undergoing or stopped ! This is so unprofessional specially from humanitarian organisation that needs to deal with people.
