During the first interview (which I would describe as a casual chat) I met with the Director of Recruitment at Humanify, where we got to know each other better. He walked me through the role, and the company's values to see if there was a match. I was given more information on the job conditions, the nature of the projects, and the clients. The second and final step involved a one-hour technical interview with the tech lead, aiming at testing my ability to handle client meetings. The offer was presented by the Talent & Culture Director, The Recruitment Director, and Talent & Culture business partner. Very human and genuine approach overall. The trust was there from the beginning, they did not ask for my resume which made me feel comfortable right away. It was a pleasure meeting the team.
