This whole interview process felt unprofessional from the start. My first interview, which I was told would be a "panel interview" didn't even have one of the interviewers show up. The other interviewer was off-camera/mic off and didn't even acknowledge me even after I greeted her politely. Without any knowledge, after the first interview, I was then tasked later that night with a sample report build due in less than 16 hours. I was up late completing this and was asked for a follow up final interview. I came to the final interview prepared and excited, only to be ridiculed by the main interviewer from the get-go (The off camera one from the first interview). It felt very demeaning with her feedback on my slide deck and the way she belittled my answers to her interview questions. The other interviewer who didn't even show up for the first interview barely spoke in the second interview. The male interviewer I had in the first interview was the only one with whom I had a positive experience. To top it all off, I recieved an automated rejection email that I wasn't selected after all of the work I had put in for this interview process (Interview prep, report build, thank you emails). I think there are many things that Humana can improve upon but first and foremost make your candidates feel valued throughout the process.
