Tell me about yourself. Give an example of a time you had to make a decision that didn’t have a policy or procedure already in place.
It was a very laidback zoom interview. Go with the flow, not asking for scenario after scenario. was understanding with the minimal experience and lots of explanation of the different positions available and was able to interview for them all at once which was nice.
