Either this organization is not actually hiring or they need another panel of interviewers. I’m convinced they are not even sure what an ideal candidate is. I applied online. I received a text and email about pre-screening questions to be eligible for an interview, which is odd because I never had to do that with other organizations. I watched two videos then I received an invite to interview. The interview was okay but they wanted you to answer their questions in a “story” form, which in my opinion is unnecessary. They asked a-lot of tricky questions about past employers. As a candidate you’re unsure if your answers will hurt your chances. They always say they been “where you are,” but yet don’t feel like you’re good enough for the role. I obtain a Bachelor degree and I have an extensive background working in a call center environment and in healthcare. Yet, I wasn’t selected. I was told two weeks but they sent a rejection email the same day. In my opinion stop posting roles if you’re not hiring.
