There are several round interviews. Need to write codes. People are nice and helpful. The examples of each question are clear. They gave me some hints while I am explaining my solution.
Interview process is fully with AI. HR does almost nothing and you never speak to anyone. First interview is with a text AI. Second interview is with a video AI. Don’t waste your time with them.

Question 1
how did you overcome a particular problem, how did you resolve conflicts among team members, 2 sentences on AI, what excites you ?, what matters more time you spend on work item or quality of work?, is development is collaborative effort or independent work.
I had an interview with a mid-sized tech company for a front-end developer role. The first round was a coding assessment that focused on JavaScript and React. It was timed and moderately challenging. The second round was a video call with a senior engineer who asked both technical and behavioral questions. One interesting part was when they gave me a real-world UI bug and asked how I’d debug it. I appreciated their practical approach. The final round was with the hiring manager, who focused more on cultural fit and my long-term goals. Overall, it was a smooth and engaging process.
