One was performed by a recruiter within the HR Dept via the phone. Then a phone interview with who became my boss on the phone. You'll have to submit a resume and a cover letter to allow yourself in for consideration. Be positive and honest, the interviews seem to be slightly informal. Just don't psych yourself out.

Interview
Phone Interview then a face to face interview. Fairly easy. Mostly they want to know about your personality and background experience in the field. They ask regular interview questions, nothing unexpected, but they are very interested in your future goals and let you know before they offer you the job that you have to be in your position for one year before pursuing other opportunities within the company.
