Day 1: Telephonic screening by HR, took all of my details ctc, expected ctc, current offer ctc, why am I leaving the current organization, technical exposure. And Scheduled the technical discussion round.
Day 2: I got call from hiring manager. He asked the brief introduction and then couple of interview questions panel member asked. Then panel member got some priority call and discontinued the interview. panel member looks like very impulsive and un-organized. He told that HR will get back to you with revised date and time. Later, I Received call from same HR who reschedule the call.
Day-3: Interview continued from where we left off, but the type of questions asked by interviewer, his tone all was looking awkward. Questions were no where matching the job description. He was in no mood to judge the candidate but to reject a person. Not sure if they would have already selected another candidate. It was waste of time and energy to connect for such a weird experience. I felt somewhat arrogance in the behavior of the panel member. Later when I shared my feedback to the HR. She was sensitive enough to ask that if you would like to have interview with another panel member. Probably HR knows how their Panel members are. But by that time, the interest and opinion about the company was changed in my mind.
