Human Capital Institute interview questions

This was a three round process. First round was on the phone with the recruiter for 30 minutes. Second round was on the phone with the hiring manager for about 10-15 minutes. Final round was an in person interview with the hiring manager for 10 minutes. Hiring manager lied at the end the last interview that she wanted me to talk with someone on the phone later to learn more about the day to day. I was super qualified for the position as stated in what they were looking for on the posting. However I felt the hiring manager did not know what she wanted for the position and sounded like she wanted someone with more video editing experience, which again was not on the posting. The recruiter was very pleasant and helpful and the hiring manager was unprofessional.
