I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Huma (London, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
The whole process was very fast. A recruiter offered me the position on LinkedIn, and set me a meeting with Engineering Manager. It was technical but shallow, mostly screening.
Passing this, I had two code interviews in hackerrank, on or two days later. I passed those successfully. They asked me to run the code against the hidden tests as well, and they also asked about the time complexity.
Passing those, several days later I had another code interview with the Engineering Manager in which I solved two coding problems. In this stage I was not asked to implement and run the code, but to talk about the solutions, data structures and time complexity.
A couple days later I had a meeting with the Head of Engineering and got the offer after that.
The interview process was professionally planned and people were nice, so I accepted the offer.
