It was a group introduction and then a 1-1 interview with a manager in that department where she asked you questions off of a sheet that was pre-outlined for each candidate and took about 15-20 minutes.

Describe the steps to tell someone how to reset their modem if their streaming kept stopping, buffering or would not load completely.
The interview process was very easy, detailed. They were very informative and answer any questions I had about the job role. They explained other roles that they were hiring as well that I'd fit into.
