Interview
I got a call to schedule a Zoom interview and set it up with an HR person and attorney. They were very nice but I'm not sure why they bothered to interview me when they knew I didn't have the specific experience they were looking for and gave as a reason to turn me down. My resume was clear that I hadn't practiced in the area before but was willing to learn and had similar skills. In my rejection they said I didn't have any specific injury work history, which they clearly knew before setting the interview.

Question 1
Don't recall anything specific. They were general questions about what my background was, etc.
We understand how frustrating it can be not to have been made an offer after interviewing. The interview takes us beyond the resume and unfortunately, until the interview process is complete, we don’t know all the other components of your experience and competencies and how those align with the open position. If you received anything that indicated we were not initially aware of your experience, that was sent in error and we apologize. We thank you for your time and interest in joining our Firm and we wish you the best of luck in your career search.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hughes & Coleman (Nashville, TN)
Interview
Interview Process was somewhat typical. I took a few tests, then did a phone interview, then in person interview with HR.
HR representative read questions from a prepared work sheet, all the basic job interview 101 questions plus a few regarding legal knowledge. She could not answer many questions regarding the position and they were rather vague about the details. Overall I got a weird vibe from them so I decided not to move forward in the process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hughes & Coleman (Bowling Green, KY) in Jan 2014
Interview
Completed some personality tests and opened ended questions and a sit down with the HR lady and the person who would be my boss. Then a met the team I would be working with and had behind the scene drug tests
