Question 1
My experience, how you prioritize... what is the approach to build a product, what's metrics I use...
Went through Four rounds of interviews which included initial Hiring Manager, then a mix of Senior and Director level Product Managers.
Hiring manager talk was informal, informative and generally quite pleasant. I also enjoyed talking to the various members of the team, who were all nice and fairly professional.
After completing all interviews, reached out to both the recruitment coordinator and hiring manager, but was completely ghosted.
I see now from other reviews that this is not the first instance of this happening.
Started off great, but ended in a terrible candidate experience.

Question 1
Cómo describes tu liderazgo? Qué te motivo para aplicar a la oferta?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Huge (Washington, DC) in Jun 2021
Interview
Interviewed with the D.C. campus.
30 min Recruiter call.
30 min Video Interview with Hiring Manager.
3-hour Interview divided into 30 mins each per interviewer where you're given a case study prompt during the first interview and each subsequent interview will touch briefly and ask questions regarding the prompt.
Panel Interviewers were from cross-functional teams such as Product, Strategy, Design, Tech, etc. Do your best to think about the questions asked and be able to sufficiently back up your claims and observations. The panel isn't there to intimidate you, but rather to really get to know you and see if you fit within the company.
Probably the best interview experience I've ever had and I wish the stars aligned but I declined the offer as I had another offer that also seemed intriguing in terms of the work and industry.
I highly recommend trying out Huge, everyone was super friendly and my recruiter was amazing, Thank you again for everything, A.D!!
