The interview process is long but not difficult. It starts with a technical interview, a manager interview, and finally a panel interview. The questions are easy for anyone with the proper skills and experience, and each individual answered my questions in details.

Interviewing with London and Singapore office. Both virtually over zoom, and members of the trading operations team. London was looking for someone in nightshift, whilst singapore was regular hours. These were both technical interviews with coverage of market knowledge, coding, and basic order book questions. Also covered behavioural questions when production issue occurs.

The first screening call is a technical interview with a member of the digital team asking rapid fire questions on RTL, Computer Architecture, Verification. Know details about Cache Hierarchy, Hazards, CDC, SRAM access. No questions about resume or projects.
