very quick and easy. they had a open house at a hotel and they divided us by ethnicity groups (you can say). I came with my friend which was African American and theydidn't put her in a group instead they took her separate (alone) and put the hispanics and asians in one group for an interview.

It was good started off with question about me and why i am fit for the job. Also background information to see previous customer service and my strengths and weaknesses

I had a phone interview which was around 15-30 minutes long, After that I interviewed at the location. The process was not drawn out and the interview questions were relatively easy. Hiring process was quick.
