Hubbard Broadcasting Client Success Manager interview questions

Interview went well, role and company seemed interesting. At the end of the interview they asked me to do an assessment, didn't seem like a big deal at the time. The assessment was basically a personality test, and after completing the test I didn't hear back from the company for a few weeks, I had to follow up with them myself. After following up, they told me that based on the results of the personality test I wouldn't be a good fit for the role.
