Phone interview then one in person interview. Smooth process and offered me the job the same day . Could’ve negotiated higher pay but not sure what the range is . Very Good with work life balance
First round from HR over the phone interview, then final interview in person or virtual with upper management (3 managers) they ask you behavioral and regular interview questions. Probably took a few weeks total for the process.
Over the phone interview with higher management. Pretty standard and straightforward process. The whole process was about 2-3 weeks from the initial interview to the offer. Found the job from an online job posting and started the aplicaron process.
