It takes at least 3 weeks to get approval from HQ once you've passed the whole interview process. There was an initial phone call and two more interviews in total.

Interview
It’s good if you can speak chinese. It helps to build rapport with the interviewers. But prepared to speak chinese throughout the session once you start. They may not ask technical questions necessarily. Usually two rounds. HR is involved typically.
The application process takes a thousand years to complete, and the interviewers, especially in Thailand, are not very friendly. Which is not really good experience. I would not really recommend this company.
