Interview
The interview was informal. Even there was no seating place for the interviewers and me. So we sat by one corner of a room. The interview was for about 30minutes. When the interview was finished, no response was given.
I was notified after about 2months. This time HR interview. Same issue, no space to sit. The HR guy took me to the dining room and start negotiating salary. It was so embarassing because people were coming and staring at me.

Interview
I had interview 3 times with tehcnical people, managers, directors in addition HR interview but they only sent an e-mail to say “we will not continue with you for this position”. This is not professional for me. I was expecting a call at least.
It was good. After a set of interview they update you after a week, but if you’re not selected (after final interview) they don’t get back to you no more.

Classic HR Meeting: questions about previous roles, salary expectations and so on Manager and technical meeting: questions about technical skills and application of our past knowledge to real situations, very interesting Directors meeting: more like to validate personality and soft skills, I guess
