I had an onsite interview at Markham, ON with both HR manager and the hiring manager. I realized at the beginning of the interview process that both Huawei and I were not a good match for each other. Hiring manager was quite unprofessional in his behavior and seemed to be too interested in knowing my ethnic and national background. I didn't appreciate his direct question about my ethnicity. I thought that it was quite irrelevant to the job that I was being interviewed for.
