3 interview, 1st with HR - general questions, 2nd with either the head of the dept or whoever will be supervising you, 3rd with the big shots of the firms to see if they like you.

There really wasn't, other than the fact that it would be easier if you can speak Chinese-Mandarin.

There are total of 3 rounds of interviews. 1st is the HR phone interview, 2nd is the direct leader interview, 3rd and final one is the Director of department. All questions are quite general and no pressure during the interview.
