i got into the interview through an initial referral by a friend. i met a panel of four. the interview was quite informal, and friendly. since i had a problem with the chinese accents they repeated the questions several times
overall the interview was very relaxed and friendly.

i was asked how i was going to deal with difficult people, especially engineers who could be brunt sometimes. especially when they convey their complaints in a rude manner.
