pretty brief. Actually quite unprofessional. But the later interview with the western colleagues was much better and filled with good information about the role and responsibilities. The Chinese business culture is a closed one, very hard to get to know what is all is about.

I could not understand much as it was conducted in mandarin. The interviewer was rarely paying any attention, responding to calls and email all the time. He often forgets what i had said and had to repeat multiple times.
