I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies
Interview
Described research to a few people in the laboratory, no technical test. Research depends on your own track record, but they're expanding and aren't so picky; it seems the standards are not very high for entry, as long as you can graduate from a respectable university with relevant publications. Presumably you'll get a higher level with a better record. The people in the laboratory are friendly, the atmosphere seems much more relaxed than the engineering-oriented departments.
