Interview
Spoke with two managers, very friendly and professional. Got to keep some booklets and they have contacted me in few days from the interview day. Situational Questions like: handling difficult unhappy costumer, upselling etc.
The manager did more talking than me and didn't ask about my past experience. Only about my future plans. I thought this odd. I learnt about about the manager during my interview and not so much about the business.

Interview
The Interview process was well done. The office had a welcoming atmosphere. The process was clearly stated with steps involved from introduction to short assessments. They had interesting questionnaires where they could understand the interviewee. The interview felt really comfortable and I felt more open.
