I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Howard Johnson (Edmonton, AB) in Jun 2015
Interview
Asked about who I am and what experience I have, little bit anout my background and skills etc. Really very easy questions. I got a good vibe right away and in the end if the interview they just asked me when can I start :D

Interview
Uggh! Why is the site insisting that I'm from Brooklyn, NY (instead of Clifton, NJ) all of the sudden? And why is the forum link not on the home page anymore?! >_<
Rage aside, I think I'd have to say that the worst interview experience I've had was for an inventory clerk position at a mobile device company. I could tell in about a minute or so that the guy wasn't going to hire me. He asked me to clarify my credentials and seemed utterly annoyed and in disbelief that I had been called in for an interview, even though HE was the one who asked me to show up. I felt like saying:
"Dude, this is my time as much as it is yours. You've seen my resume ahead of time, so why would you ask me to be here if you didn't care for my background?"
When I got home and checked out my application history, it had occurred to me that I actually applied to this company once or twice before in the past and forgot about it. So, maybe he just interviewed me to get me to stop bothering them. I don't know...
