Howard Bank interview questions

Three step, one phone, two in person. Very professional, great guys. Asked some basic but important questions, the responses you gave were what determined your hirability. Mainly looking for drive and ability to learn.

My interview lasted under one hour. It went well. I spoke to 2 members of the management team. They gave good details about expectations of the job. The interviewers also allowed me to ask questions about the position. It was a very smooth telephone interview.
