Communication is the key to understanding the frustration behind the conflict and getting to the real issue that is causing the conflict and resolving the conflict through talking. Example. Coworkers feeling pressured to support other coworkers child school fundraisers. Put the sign up sheet in the break room instead of coming to coworkers at their desks pressuring them to support school fundraising.
