First, agter applying, it starts with an online assessment then phone interview. Next stage would be an assessment day I believe and then a final interview. Long process but never unnecessary. Great people

Invited to interview on the phone, set a time but recruiter ghosted during process, incredibly unprofessional company matches reputation of organisation, reached out to see was it that they had the wrong number and no response as HR was out of office that day that they organised the call
