Houston Methodist Patient Care Assistant (PCA) interview questions

The interview process at Houston Methodist was quick and straightforward. I interviewed with the nurse manager for one of the med-surg units, and the conversation lasted about 10 minutes. I was asked about my previous experience and why I wanted to work for Houston Methodist. About a week later, I received an email and a call for a job offer. I received a phone call to discuss a screening for the job. The recruiter gave me a several questions to answer such as my strengths, weakness, average patient ratio, how I deal with stress. Then there was in face to face meeting with some of the floor/unit managers.
