One-on-one pre-screening interview. The interviewer made the situation very calm and easy going. I was told to watch for an email in a case if I am selected for the second interview, which will be held at the hospital I applied to
fair, really fast response after "Thank you so much for the offer — I’m really excited about the opportunity to contribute to the team and work on [specific aspect you’re excited about].”

Very thorough, will do a panel interview so it is best to be prepared. They will ask the basic and simple question first then about the specific area which is situational.

There was a 2 Step interview process, the first one was with the manager and educator. The second was a peer-staff interview. After the second interview, I expected to hear back but never did.
