Interview
Initial interview once contacted by HR is conducted with the NPs. If you're a potential candidate then you're brought back in to interview with the hiring director. Total of 2 visits.

Since this is a clinical position, there were several critical thinking and situational questions asked...i.e. patient presents with respiratory distress, chest pain, abdominal pain, bleeding. etc
