Phone interview from HR, then panel interviews with HR manager,Supervisor, and fellow Coordinator with the final 3rd interview with the Director. The panel interviews came off like an assembly line process. If you passed the first step then they would send you into another room with other staff,etc. The final interview was a waste of time as the Director just talked about herself and didn't ask me anything.

Interview process was okay. Years back the process was long because the hospital only hired a certain amount of people at a time but that has changed. Get to know about the organization and what it stands for
