Interview
It was moderately easy. Two interviews. One with the service Manager then a final interview with the general manager. I got hired at the second interview with the GM. Also easy training and good pay.
Very quick and easy, very intelligent and welcoming staff, made you feel like you already belonged and walked you through how everything worked there. It was a great experience. It was awesome to see how everyone interacted from an outsider looking in.

Question 1
Have you worked in the restaurant business before?
Very basic interview. Was more to get to know if I could easily make it to the job and was reliable as well as make sure I had a good head on my shoulders. Really only one question about previous experience.
