Interview
Nothing really to it, they were so desperate for help they hired within 10 minutes. The manager was eating lunch and texting while listening to me, I believe the owners were in the background drinking wine. The whole experience was very laid back and easy, not really professional. Looking back I would have looked at this as a warning, if a company is not prepared for an interview how can they be prepared to run a complex business.
